How do you feel about taking call? Do you love it or hate it? I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who doesn’t have a strong opinion about it. But for most surgical facilities, taking call is just part of the job. We don’t always love it, but we also understand that it’s a vital part of providing patient care.
Having a call team provides many obvious benefits to our patients, but it’s not always fun for the staff that are responsible for covering the call shifts.
